CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and reschedules are accepted 48 hours before the scheduled service. Because our services are reserved especially for you, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled services. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the service time will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This policy is set in place to protect our stylists, as last minute cancellations and reschedules can directly affect the income of the stylist. This fee is required to be settled prior to booking your next appointment.

LATE POLICY
We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. As a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or not be able to perform the entirety of the services you had desired to receive that day. 100% of the scheduled services will still be charged.

NO SHOW POLICY
If Pinup Studio is not notified that you are unable to make your appointment and you do not come in for your scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy is set in place to protect our stylists, as this directly affects the income of the stylist. After missing two consecutive appointments without notification, we regret to inform you that future bookings with us will not be allowed.

CHANGING SERVICE POLICY
We understand you may change your mind about the service you receive during your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify the salon 24 hours before your appointment if the service you are wanting to receive changes. This policy is set in place to protect our stylists, as last-minute changes can directly affect the income of the stylist. Any significant service changes after 24 hours will be charged the original service scheduled.

NO KIDS POLICY
At Pinup Studio, the safety and comfort of our guests and stylists is our top priorities. Due to the potential hazards present in a salon environment, we kindly request children under the age of 10 do not accompany you to your appointment, with the exception of breast-feeding mothers. If childcare cannot be arranged, we ask that these guests kindly reschedule their appointments to a time that better suits both them and their stylist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Pinup!

SERVICE REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refund on hair services. In the event you do not love your hair, we offer Adjustments, free of charge, within 7 days of your appointment. A full bow dry and style is not included in Adjustments and will be charged accordingly, if you wish to receive one. Adjustments require acceptance from management. We encourage clients to maintain consistency with their original stylist for optimal service and rapport. We understand that personal dynamics can vary and we will accommodate this on a case-by-case basis.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
If you find yourself dissatisfied with a product, we will accept the bottle back that remains 75% full. We are pleased to offer a refund in the form of salon credit. You will receive 80% of the total amount paid. The salon credit can only be applied towards the purchase of another product within the salon. Product credits cannot be used towards services within the salon.
